We had a team training day recently. It was a very interesting experience and I used it as an opportunity to practice more with one of the tools I came across last year – VideoScribe. I prepared an overview of that day summarising what we did and what we learnt. I thought this would be useful for the team, but it also might be a very good starting point for the new members joining us in the future. I might use it as part of the training as an interactive introduction to the team, our values, strengths and competencies.
